Private Training
One-to-one coaching with your dedicated trainer.

Perfect for those who thrive with undivided guidance and tailored programming.
Semi-Private Training
Train alongside up to three clients maximum, each following their own individualised plan.
Your trainer will coach you during your sets, then shift focus to the other clients while you rest, ensuring everyone receives equal attention.
A great option if you enjoy camaraderie, motivation from others, and more flexibility when booking sessions.
Offers the same quality of coaching as private training, with added social energy and scheduling ease.
